Hi, I'm Leasa, the founder of Skin & Lash Theory.

Before beginning my career in aesthetics, I spent over 25 years working within the NHS in IT. Although my role was technology-based, the priority was always the same—ensuring patients had smooth access to the services they needed and putting patient care at the heart of everything we did. Those years taught me the importance of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail and providing an exceptional experience for every individual.

As a mum and someone who has experienced the natural changes that come with ageing, I understand how our confidence can be affected by changes in our skin. This inspired me to pursue a career in the beauty and aesthetics industry, where I could combine my passion for helping people with my interest in skin health and rejuvenation.

My passion is helping clients achieve healthy, radiant, youthful-looking skin through safe, personalised treatments. I believe aesthetic treatments should enhance your natural beauty rather than change who you are, and every treatment plan should be tailored to the individual.

At Skin & Lash Theory, I offer a comprehensive range of treatments including advanced anti-wrinkle treatments, advanced dermal fillers, skin boosters, radio frequency microneedling, radio frequency face and body treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, facials, vitamin therapies, lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow treatments, and waxing. I will also soon be offering skin lesion removal, including the removal of selected skin tags and benign lesions.
